Hi, I'm Darcie.

I'm usually brought in when a business is doing well on paper but something isn't quite working underneath. Everyone's busy. Things are moving. But decisions are slower than they should be, teams aren't pulling in the same direction, and the reporting tells you what happened — not what to do next.

Most of the time, the problem isn't effort. It's that the commercial and operational setup hasn't kept pace with how the business has grown. The foundations built at £1m don't hold at £5m. The team structure that worked with ten people starts to creak at thirty.

I help leadership teams see what's actually going on — and build the systems, structures and strategy to fix it. That means commercial strategy, revenue operations, GTM architecture and cross-functional alignment. Not recommendations in a deck. The actual work, done with your team, designed to keep running after I've gone.
